Visa Requirements & Invitation Letter
EU nationals do not require a visa to enter Germany. Non-EU nationals generally require a visa.
On the website of the Federal Foreign Office you can find detailed information on visa regulations for Germany as well as a section on Frequently Asked Questions.
After having registered for the conference as a participant, we can confirm conference attendance, we may issue an invitation letter in case you require it for your visa application. To request the invitation letter, please send an e-mail to general@ifk-aachen.de indicating the subject "invitation letter".
Please note, that the registration is already activated and that the conference fee is coupeld with the booking period.
Your E-Mail must include the following information:
- your private address
- your full name as written in your passport
- your nationality
- your booking number
- your date of birth
- your gender
After approval we will send the invitation to the address you indicated.
