The respective speakers will be contacted separately.
The ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฟ๐๐ ๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป of each conference session on ๐ง๐๐ฒ๐๐ฑ๐ฎ๐, March 10, 2026, and ๐ช๐ฒ๐ฑ๐ป๐ฒ๐๐ฑ๐ฎ๐, March 11, 2026, will be an overview presentation.
General presentations
Please bring your presentation on a USB stick to the conference. We kindly ask you to arrive at your session ๐ฎ๐ ๐น๐ฒ๐ฎ๐๐ ๐ญ๐ฑ ๐บ๐ถ๐ป๐๐๐ฒ๐ ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐น๐ to upload your presentation to the conference PC.
Informations for your pitchย
Submission in advance
Please note the exemplary pitch guideline/template below.
Slide Requirements (exactly two slides):
- Introduction slide:
Title, name, and images only.
Plus, contact details such as e-mail address, links, QR codes, or information on where to find you at IFK (give the audience the possibility to take a photo, scan QR codes early into your pitch) -> Introduce your pitch, no content allowed. - Content slide:
Core content of your pitch. ->Only content that was already shown in your main presentation.
No animations (you may highlight elements using the laser pointer).
Please keep the limited time strictly in mind!
Submission:
Please submit your pitch slides using the following filename format:
<Surname>_<Name>_Pitch_<Title of submitted manuscript>.pdf
The submission deadline is March 1, 2026.
